The frame should be as close to the face as possible and there should be good support by the bridge on the nose. A good snug fit goggle would be suitable for you. If they are too large then they may shift on your face at the worst possible time.
To keep the integrity at the highest level, a good care and maintenance of your safety glasses would be necessary. It is critical you clean your eyewear daily and follow the manufacturers instructions. Avoid rough handling that can scratch or damage lenses or frames. You may think a few scratches are no big deal but they can actually harm your vision or weaken your lenses. You should keep them in a dry, clean environment in a protective case when you are not wearing them.

Love is THE answer
every day of the year

Today, I diagnosed metastatic cancer in a new patient who had just come to see me. I had to tell this young, beautiful, vibrant woman that did not not have long to live, perhaps a few months. There was nothing I could do for her. All I could do was to tell her that I cared for her. I could show her my professional “love.” My consultation report was faxed to the patient’s referring primary physician, and an hour later, the physician called me, in disbelief. Together on the phone, we could only share a sense of profound loss.
You might read this and think: Love is useless in this case. Love will not cure her cancer, nor will love protect her from the pain and suffering that is imminent. And you would be absolutely correct. But what is the alternative to love? Is it hate? Is it apathy?
When I was younger, I used to consider that only actions and accomplishments are truly useful. You can list them, objectively and concretely. You can measure productivity and compare the results to other people’s activities. But when there is no useful action, as in this case, is there nothing left but despair? When someone hurts you, is there nothing to do but retaliate? Medically, it has been shown that hate hurts you physically just as much, if not more, than the person you hate. Scientifically, it has been shown that despair pains you mentally just as much, if not more, than actual bodily trauma.
So, should you choose “love”, because it is the lesser of two evils? Well, I certainly do not think so. As I get older and accumulate more knowledge and experience, I realize more how little control I have over life in general. Maybe you did not have a good childhood, perhaps people have done horrible things to you, natural disasters occur, and now you are helpless.
Please realize that the only thing you have under your control is how you feel and how you will react to external events. Unless you have a psychiatric illness, you can choose to “love” or you can choose to “hate.” None of us lives forever. Do you want to wait until you’re lying on your deathbed before you think “maybe I should have been nicer to this person or to that person?” Or do you want to evaluate every day of your life whether you have contributed in some way some love to the world that day? I offer you my humble opinion that “Love is THE answer every day of the year!”

The Three Qualities in Astrology

In astrology, there are three main qualities. This is the second major classification that defines the nature of the sign (the first being the Elements). The qualities assign the signs to quadruplicities or three groups of four. The quadruplicities of astrological signs are sometimes referred to as crosses because each quality forms a cross when drawn across the zodiac.
Unlike the natural tendency of signs with the same element to work together smoothly, signs with the same quality generally do not complement each other.
The cardinal sign is associated with Aries Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. It is often related to initiation, action, leadership and creativity. People born under this zodiac can also be somewhat stubborn, selfish and demanding. Cardinal signs are also sometimes called movable signs as they initiate a change of temperate zone season when the sun makes its annual passage into them. The Cardinal houses are the First, Fourth, Seventh and Tenth
Fixed signs include Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius. These are said to relate to focus, concentration, strength, stamina, perseverance, individuality and determination. Fixed signs are at the height of the four seasons. People born under fixed signs are said to be natural leaders who are both loyal and self-confident, however they can also be stubborn. The Fixed houses are Second, Fifth, Eighth and Eleventh
Mutable signs are associated with resourcefulness, versatility, change and adaptability. Signs that are mutable include Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. Mutable signs are also called common signs, bicorporal or double-bodied. There is an inherent duality in its symbolism. These signs fall between two seasons. For instance, Gemini is between spring and summer. The Mutable houses are Third, Sixth, Ninth and Twelfth.
Learning both the elements and the qualities that influence the behavior of zodiac signs is a good first step to properly reading and analyzing astrological charts.
